The Phylion XH370-13J battery is the ideal replacement for your e-bike, with a capacity of 37V and 13Ah.
The Phylion XH370-13J smart BMS is a popular battery from the older Wall-E-S series. This model has a capacity of 37V, 13Ah, and 481Wh and uses the Phylion UART smart BMS system which communicates with the bike’s electrical system. This battery is used in various e-bikes from brands including Vogue, Veloci, Altec, Talent, Hollandia, Rivel, Evobike, Jools, Minerva, and others.
The XH370-13J smart BMS belongs to the old generation and has not been produced since late 2022 (phased out in 2023). As a result, this model is still regularly offered online, but in practice, it often involves older stock (see FAQ for risks). If you’re looking for a new original battery for this type, you’ll now end up with the technically improved 2026 generation.
The official successor within this battery series is the Joycube EBG360, including for the smart version. This updated generation replaces the older Phylion XH370 and Joycube EBG370 models and has been improved in several areas. These include modern cylindrical battery cells, an improved BMS, a fully waterproof housing, and waterproof connectors. As a result, the 2026 generation is lighter, more stable, and more durable than the older XH370 generation.

The Phylion XH370-13J smart BMS is no longer in production. As an alternative, this battery is now replaced by the technically improved 2026 generation. This updated model is the modern successor within the same battery series and offers improved battery technology, an updated BMS, and a better protected (waterproof) housing.
Due to Phylion’s unique/proprietary smart BMS that communicates with the bike’s electrical system (the bike’s software is tuned to this BMS), you can only replace the old XH370 with smart BMS with the new generation EBG360 with smart BMS.

As a result, the same battery line often appears in older versions as Phylion XH370 or EBG370, while the newer generation is officially designated as Joycube EBG360.
