Frequently asked questions

Which battery lock fits my battery?

That depends on the battery series. There is a dedicated battery lock for the Phylion XH370 and the Joycube EBG370 and EBG360 (Wall-E-S), and a different one for the Phylion SF-03 (Joycube JCEB360), EBT360 and Amslod 36 series. Check the type label of your battery to see which series you have, or send us a photo via WhatsApp.

Can I buy just a new battery rail?

Yes. The battery rail (battery holder) is available separately for the Wall-E-S series (XH370, EBG370 and EBG360) and for the SF-03 (JCEB360). The battery rail for the SF-03 comes with a lock.

Does the battery rail for the Wall-E-S have a controller box?

Yes, the battery rail for the XH370, EBG370 and EBG360 has an integrated controller box.

Does the LED rear light fit my battery?

The rear light is intended for Phylion rear rack batteries: the XH370 (Wall-E-S) and the SF-03 (Joycube). Not sure whether it fits your battery? Send us a photo and we will take a look with you.
