  The battery Li-ION bicycle battery for Saxonette with LED rear light (switchable via display control) and round, 2-pole connection for charger. The bike battery delivers 522 Wh of power at 36 volts (14.5 Ah) and is compatible with the original battery which can also have a capacity of e.g. 10, 11.6, 13 or 17,5 Ah. Accessories In addition to the charger, the battery slide (with lock) is also available separately. Saxonette battery warranty The battery comes with 24 months (manufacturer’s) warranty. Using and charging the battery Proper use of the battery is critical to its life and performance. The following principles are important here:

• Keep the battery in condition by using it regularly (charging and discharging).
• The battery performs best at a temperature of 25 – 30 degrees Celsius, but remains in best condition at lower temperatures. Store the battery pack preferably a in cool, dry environment when not in use.
• Charge a dead battery immediately to avoid a deep discharge situation where the battery voltage drops below the level where the battery can still register that the charger is connected.
