Charger for Joycube\/ Accell e-bike batteries with 5-pin black plug<\/h3>\n

This charger is suitable for various Phylion and Joycube 36V batteries with a 5-pin black plastic plug, including the popular JCEB360 models as well as the E300\/400\/500 for the Emotion models.<\/p>\n

The charger works seamlessly with both standard and smart BMS 36V batteries from Sparta, Batavus & Koga.<\/p>\n

We supply the original Sans version. Sans is the producer of the chargers also supplied by Phylion and Joycube. This means you choose the same technology, reliability, and compatibility as the original charger. <\/p>\n

Technically, this is the same 42V 2A charger for 36V Joycube & Accell batteries with a 5-pin plug.<\/p>\n

Why a 42V charger belongs with a 36V or 37V battery<\/strong><\/p>\n

Although the battery usually states 36V or 37V, a lithium-ion e-bike battery is fully charged to approximately 42V. This is because the 10 battery cells in series are each charged to a maximum of 4.2V (10\u00d74.2=42V). <\/p>\n

That is why Joycube & Accell batteries in this category always use a 42V charger.<\/p>\n

The 2A (2 amps) designation indicates the charging current<\/strong>. This determines how quickly the battery is charged. In practice, charging a 13Ah battery takes an average of about 6 to 7 hours. <\/p>\n

Most Phylion\/ Joycube batteries are not designed for fast charging<\/strong> with higher charging currents. A heavier charger can cause extra wear and shorten the battery’s lifespan. <\/p>\n
