Phylion has ended production of the XH370-13J as of the end of 2022. The XH370-13J and its temporary successor the XH370-14J have been replaced by the improved EBG370-140H1S24 as of edition 2024 (1st production October 2023). This model was technically overhauled in many ways, but the familiar design remained unchanged. Therefore, the new EBG370 is seamlessly interchangeable with the older XH370 models like the XH370-13J (as well as the 10j, 12J and 14J).<\/h3>\n

Battery
\n<\/strong>High-quality and reliable Li-ION bicycle battery from Phylion with round tulip plug connector for charging. The bicycle battery provides 481 Wh of capacity at 37 volts (13Ah) and replaces the older models in this series with which this battery is 100% compatible.<\/p>\n

Is the battery suitable for my bike?
\n<\/strong>This bike battery is suitable for the models Onyx, Sapphire, Kratos, Silvain, Cullinan, Jade, Diamond, Sakura, Sirius, Valencia<\/em><\/span>, among others.
\n<\/span>You can easily check the suitability of this battery for your electric bike in 4 steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Construction shape:<\/span> the construction shape of the current battery should match that of the new battery (see photo). For this, also check the information below.<\/li>\n
  2. Voltage<\/span>: the current battery should be 36- or 37-volt type.<\/li>\n
  3. Battery Management System<\/span>: the current battery has standard BMS or the bike works with it without any problems. A battery with smart BMS is more expensive and usually unnecessary for the operation of the bicycle.<\/li>\n
  4. Charger connector<\/span>: the current charger should have a round tulip plug (looks like coax) and an output voltage of 42 volts to use it with the new bicycle battery.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
