As of edition 2024, the Phylion XH370-13J has been replaced by its successor the EBG370. This technically enhanced model is fully compatible with the XH370-13J (read on for details).

Phylion has ended production of the XH370-13J as of the end of 2022. The XH370-13J and its temporary successor the XH370-14J have been replaced by the improved EBG370-140H1S24 as of edition 2024 (1st production October 2023). This model was technically overhauled in many ways, but the familiar design remained unchanged. Therefore, the new EBG370 is seamlessly interchangeable with the older XH370 models like the XH370-13J (as well as the 10j, 12J and 14J).

    FROM HERE TO THE INFORMATION OF THE OLD XH370-13J: The battery This universal Li-ION battery from the Wall-E-S series is a high-quality and reliable battery used by various bicycle manufacturers, including RAP itself. This battery provides 481 Wh of capacity (13Ah at 37 volts). The XH370-13J replaces the older models in this series, making it 100% compatible. The battery has a round tulip connector for connecting the charger and comes with a taillight. Can I still use my current charger? If your charger has the following model number: SSLC084V42XH or SSLC084V42X, it will work with the new battery. The operation of other model chargers with tulip plug will have to be verified beforehand. Battery Use and Charging: Proper management of the battery is critical to battery life and performance. The following principles are important here:

• The battery stays in the best condition by using it with some regularity (charging and discharging)
• The battery wears out from use (charging/discharging) as well as from age (the chemical process in the battery cells). With intensive use, this wear and tear exceeds that of age alone. Unnecessary wear occurs when the battery is underused or not properly conditioned
• The battery performs best at a temperature of 25 – 30 degrees Celsius, but when not in use it remains best conditioned at a temperature between freezing and 10 degrees Celsius (at a low temperature the chemical process of aging is slower).
• A dead battery should be charged immediately to avoid a deep discharge situation. In this process, the battery voltage drops below the level required for the BMS to recognize the connected charger. Charging is then no longer possible.
